COViD-19 Response

To care for and support our community during this time we have taken a multifaceted approach. We have stepped up cleaning our facilities with new sanitizing protocols, and worked to distribute masks to our staff and tenants.  We have partnered to distribute tens of thousands of meals to tenants and offer onsite testing for seniors and staff. And we are also working with the NYS COVID Rent Relief Program to help tenants pay their rent during this unprecedented time.
