Serviam Gardens opened it’s doors to seniors ages 62 and over on November 2009.  It’s comprised of 83 units, phase one of a 243 senior housing complex to be completed by the summer of 2010.  Funding partners for Phase One include: The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Enterprise Foundation.
